The vast majority of our clients choose our PREMIER program. It is designed to offer a complete suite of services for clients who prefer turnkey management services with the specific intention of maximizing profits. Once a property is integrated into our system, all management, marketing and maintenance is handled by our staff.

Features:

• 23.95% per reservation management fee
• $29 monthly Administrative and Accounting fee (includes standard accounting, admin & software use fee)
• $199 one-time setup fee
• Complete turnkey management, marketing & maintenance services
• Complete access control of your property
• All Legal and Rental agreements are managed by team
• Monthly accounting and reconciliation of all expenses and payouts
• Continuous Feedback and suggestions for maximizing rental income
• Credit card processing service
• Manage and Local Tax and 1099 processing
• Assist with any needed short term rental permitting
• Provide check-in / Check- out services for all guests
• All guest management and communication to ensure happy visitors
• Manage Social Media listings/reputation

Available Discounts:

• 1% management fee reduced for more than one property
• 1% management fee reduced if property is over 4 bedrooms
• 1% Reduction for properties less than 3 years old

Marketing includes the following services: photos, property write-ups, calendar management and a listing on our direct website, and a professionally managed Airbnb listing and a professionally managed VRBO listing.
